If you are having trouble connecting with one of our flickr apps, please try the following:
- Go to http://flickr.com/ and login
- At the top right of any flickr page, you will see “Signed in as” followed by your screen name. Click on your screen name.
- Click Privacy & Permissions
- Scroll down to “Hide your profile from public searches” and click “Edit” for that option
- There will be a check-box next to “Hide me from site-wide searches on flickr.com and on 3rd party sites that use the API?”. Ensure this check-box is OFF – ie, not checked or ticked.
- Save
- Look back to the top of the page, where you see “Signed in as”. That is followed by your screen name. It may not be what you’re expecting your screen name to be – some people get mixed up with URL and Yahoo username – but it is your screen name. Now try entering that into the app.
- If your screen name still doesn’t get you connected, try entering the email address you use to login to Flickr into the app.
If this doesn’t solve your problem please use the contact form below, including a link to one of your photo pages on flickr, the name of the app you are using and the device you are using.
If you are contact us about a non-flickr app, please use the contact form below. Please tell us which app you are contacting us about and the device you are using.
If you are contacting us to sell a service such as paid app reviews, SEO search positioning, wanting us to pay to get promoted on your website, etc, please do NOT contact us. We do not pay for such services because we believe that reviews of our applications should be honest, because people like them. And anyway, we don’t have the money. We make apps for love, not because we’re a big business.
